This is an Armenian folkloric song called "Gakavig" ("Partridge"), in an arrangement solo guitar by João Kouyoumdjian. The authorship goes to Komitas because he was the one who first transcribed and arranged the song for voice and piano from the rural Armenian villages in the early XX century. Although short, it's vibrant and full of life.
